Overview

OffstageArts is a database system meant to serve all the needs of a typical nonprofit or nonprofit arts organization. It integrates donor development, marketing, ticketing, and school management into one system. All interactions of the organization with its constituents are tracked, thereby supporting market segmentation, data mining and best practice non-profit marketing techniques. This integration has a number of benefits:

It is appropriate for a wide range of non-profits, with additional modules specifically suited for the performing arts sector. It can be expanded and customized as needed to fit a particular organization's needs.

    OffstageArts was originally developed for José Mateo Ballet Theatre, New England's second-largest ballet organization. Although it is aimed at arts management, it is actually suitable for a wide range of non-profit organizations. Because it is free software, it can be improved to be even more suitable for general non-profit organizational management.
